Advance reservations are recommended. To avoid any cancellation fees, we require 4 hr notice on same day appointment, 24 hr notice on one hour treatments or less, 48 hr notice on packages, 72 hr notice on groups and one week notice on group packages.
Overview
Indulge your senses and relax body, mind and spirit at Spa Universaire, the award-winning downtown Denver spa, located on the 5th floor at Hyatt Regency Denver. Drawing upon the success of their full-service, Aveda-concept Denver day spa, Spa Universaire utilizes two culturally centered treatment rooms. Whether you wish for a relaxing massage, a stimulating facial or a stylish manicure, our technicians will delight you with their skills. Each treatment is provided in the luxurious downtown, Hyatt Regency Denver hotel, and is accompanied by our ritual aromatherapy footbath.
Reservations: We will be happy to schedule a walk-in appointment based upon availability. Please notify us of any special needs or medical conditions such as allergies, high blood pressure or pregnancy. We ask for a credit card and room number to reserve your appointment.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service. Should you wish to use the swimming pool, sauna or hot tub, we suggest at least 30 additional minutes. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time on scheduled treatments.
Spa Check-In: Check in with our Spa Coordinator.
Cell phones and pagers: Must be turned off.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
Personal belongings: We encourage all guests to make use of your in-room safe.
Gratuities: Gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Spa Location: We are located in the Health Club.
Packages: Contact our Spa Coordinator at 303-629-9070.
Products: We proudly use Eminence and AmLaVie products.
Groups: For groups of four or more, we can make arrangements for you at our Belvedere location, six blocks from the Hotel.
Gift Certificates: Our "Passport to Wellness" gift certificates are gold embossed and package with our Passport Brochure.
