Wedding Details at Hyatt Regency Denver
Let the professionals at Hyatt Regency Denver handle every detail of your special day, no matter how large or small. To make planning your Denver wedding reception easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions may be answered on our wedding FAQ page. Seating arrangements and room set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans.  We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance floor and risers
fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room
set in round or chapel style, if needed.  Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Parking
Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests. If needed, other self-parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.

Menus
Our comprehensive wedding package offers a wide variety of plated or buffet dinners. Customize the menu to reflect your cultural preferences. To learn more about our seasonal catering services, please view our Spring menu, Summer menu and Fall/Winter menu. 

Wedding Cake
Brides may provide their own choice.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m.  Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.

Guestrooms
A complimentary one-night stay in the Bridal Suite is included in your wedding package. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist to block rooms and for further details.

Pricing & Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Denver Wedding Package are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.

A final number of guests is required seven business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
