Meeting Rooms at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center
Where Can You Have an Event on an outdoor Terrace in the Heart of the City?  Hyatt Regency Denver, of course.

We would like to bring your special attention to one of the Mile High City's only outdoor meeting venues.  With over 300 days of sunshine every year, why not take advantage of the especially mild temperatures you find in Denver. Our Outdoor Terrace comfortably seats 180 for a banquet, 300 reception or theater style.  

From conventions and exhibitions to casual committee meetings, find your ideal downtown Denver meeting room from the vast selection at Hyatt Regency Denver. Groups large and small will appreciate our thoughtfully appointed conference facilities, located right next door to the Colorado Convention Center. For a great first impression, utilize our stunning pre-function space, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer dazzling views of the Rocky Mountains.

To ensure your event meets your highest standards, all of our Denver venues and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Centennial Ballroom
Enjoy this magnificent space, the largest in Colorado, with its 30-foot ceilings and glass lighting fixtures in the shape of mountain peaks. Utilize the entire 30,000 square feet as one large event area, or break it down to fit your needs.  Centennial Ballroom is divisible into as many as eight separate function rooms and accommodates any set up you require.  Host a company-wide presentation for 3,100 in a theater set up, or an exposition, complete with 180 vendor booths.  The adjoining Centennial Foyer is ideal for pre-meeting continental breakfast or for conference registration tables. Take advantage of this extraordinary space and hold the ultimate grand finale banquet, complete with live entertainment and dance floor.  This ballroom accommodates 1,800 for a sit-down dinner, while the Foyer easily functions as a gathering place for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Mineral Hall
Located on the third level, Mineral Hall can serve as an ideal location for meals or workshops, or as its own separate meeting space. Each of the seven breakout rooms can accommodate a variety of set ups, including U-shape for 26 to 38 guests or classrooms for 70 to 90. If you prefer, combine the rooms for a large lecture or an elegant reception for up to 800.
Quartz, Granite, Agate
Select one of these handsome spaces for groups ranging from 18 - 120.  Present a new idea to a gathering of department heads in a U-shape set up for 38, or a lecture from a VIP to a theater-style set up for 120 people. These rooms are also suitable to use for breakout sessions and coffee breaks for larger functions that are held in Centennial Ballroom or Mineral Hall.
Capitol Ballroom
Choose this gracious ballroom, which features a 22-foot-high open ceiling with elegant Italian hand-blown glass light fixtures, as the scene for your most important business affairs.  Introduce the hottest products at an opening night gala, or hold a fundraiser for your company's favorite charity. Capitol Ballroom accommodates 840 for a banquet, 1,200 for an elegant reception or a classroom set up for 900. Bordering on two sides is the Capitol Foyer, which you can choose to use to host a pre-function cocktails party, or to showcase dessert stations during the event.
Peaks by Day
To add to our list of unique venues, think of the 27th floor Peaks for day events and meetings. This extraordinary space, measuring 2250 square feet, can accommodate theatre style meetings for up to 60, receptions for 200 and banquets for 100 people.  
It's Not Just About Being Big
Although we are proud to offer one of Denver's most comprehensive and largest convention facilities, there are times when big needs to go small.  That means equal attention to detail and the your-the-only-one focus you need.  For that, Hyatt Regency Denver is pleased to offer three fully dedicated Board Rooms:  Limestone, Sandstone and Marble. Not only are the touches of these rooms reminiscent of their Colorado surroundings, large conference tables allow you to spread out and high-back leather chairs provided added comfort.  Leaving you free to think about more important things, like the business at hand.

Perfect for smaller meetings, these permanently set boardrooms can hold up to 16 guests. Each elegant room is fully equipped with plasma televisions, electronic overhead screens and built-in phone and data hook ups for the ultimate in productivity.
